Virtual Private Dog or Puppy Training Session

A single, online, virtual session consult in the comfort of your own home. One hour in length. We can help to address new puppy issues, minor behavioural issues, and start training plans. This is not quite the same as in-person training, but gives you a good head start during this time of social distancing. Video homework and/or written homework provided.

Smart Dogs Smart Tricks

This is an excellent course for any dog at any age, from 10 week old puppies to 14 year old seniors.
This course introduces you and your dog to 13 fun, entertaining and useful tricks! It also includes an introduction to simple obedience and how to use reward markers. Teaching your dog tricks is not only for the entertainment value. Tricks can help to enhance motor skills, add to your dogs vocabulary, teaches them how to learn, think and problem solve on their own, boosts your relationship with your dog and works both the mind and body. All of this hugely beneficial to your dog, what ever their age.
This course also offers the option to submit a video of work completed for evaluation. A certificate of completion is awarded once work is evaluated.

Equipment Required: 6 foot leash, flat buckle collar, martingale or harness, lots of treats, clicker (optional).

Smart Puppy Essentials Skillz 0.5

This is a great starting point for all puppies ages 8 to 20 weeks and sets them up for success.
This course goes over important items such as behaviour, crate training, house training, nipping, socializing and all typical puppy issues. This course has a ton of awesome information and assignments to complete with your puppy. It will also introduce you and your puppy to basic obedience training in a fun, positive manner – sit, place, come, name.
This course also offers the option to submit a video of work completed for evaluation. A certificate of completion is awarded once work is evaluated.

Smart Dogs Basic Skillz 1.0

Our highly sought after Basic Skillz Class now in an online format! This is a one size fits all class, all ages, all breeds and all sizes welcome.

This course, for puppies and dogs 16 weeks and up, will teach you how to gain control of your canine companion with all of the basics of obedience – come, stay, sit, down, heel, leave it, off and more! Work on engagement with your dog, focus and attention, with this highly sought after class in the comfort of your own home!

We want our students to succeed, so this course offers the option of a video submitted test that a trainer will evaluate. Upon evaluation, if it is a pass, you will be awarded a certificate of completion and you will then have the option to join our in-person Bootcamp Class.
