RULES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Release form filled out and signed and proof of vaccine is required before the first class (sent via email).
To keep our staff and other students safe, if you are sick, or have been in contact with someone who has been sick with COVID symptoms, please stay home. We have video homework to follow and can support you via email.
Deposit must be sent in upon sign up in order to hold your spot. We will not hold spots in any class without a deposit or payment in full. $50.00 non-refundable.
Full payment is due the morning of your first class, no exceptions.

Please be prompt and attend class regularly. Check in with the instructors. Notify them if you are unable to attend class. Class starts at the allotted time, if you are late, you will be disrupting the lesson. If you are consistently late, marks will be removed from your final test. Make up classes may or may not be available.
Use the proper training equipment as suggested by us and ENSURE that your dog has all of their equipment on and fitted correctly before you come to class.
You are responsible for your dogs behaviour at the training facility and at all other times. Please maintain control. If you need help, ask.
NO REFUNDS after the first session, the only exception being dog/handler injury or dog/handler illness.
Aggressive dogs (to human or dog) will not be allowed to participate in group classes. Please ask for the best course of action or for an evaluation (private training is available). Leash reactive dogs who are non-aggressive are welcome.
Abuse will NOT be tolerated and you will be asked to leave.
If you are belligerent or rude to other class members, trainers or facility staff, you will be asked to leave and not return and NO refund will be offered.
